"During the day, Sahin Danaci, a 34-year-old Agile Coach, transforms executives and large corporations, delivering keynotes at universities and companies. At night, amidst the radiant glow of the floodlights illuminating the artificial turf in Oerlikon, he mentors FC Insieme Zurich. Eight months ago, Sahin assumed his role as coach, embarking on a journey of neurodiversity. Encountering a group of youth with diverse neurological diagnoses, Sahin witnessed their resignation, misunderstanding, and the imposition of basic life constraints. He intervened as a champion of enlightenment, breaking the chains of ignorance laid by society and predecessors. Despite their challenging socio-economic backgrounds and independent struggles, Sahin recognized untapped potential. With his adept strategy, motivational prowess, and empathetic leadership, Sahin not only secured three trophies with FC Insieme Zurich but also garnered the affection and loyalty of his players, affectionately dubbed "Maestro" by them. Sahin molded this diverse group into a cohesive unit, fostering mutual support, sporting excellence, and fearless confrontation of prejudice. Under Sahin's guidance, FC Insieme not only dominated an Eastern Swiss tournament with an impressive tally of 40 goals and 4 conceded but also clinched the prestigious Swiss Special Olympics, remaining undefeated with only 2 goals against. This triumph underscores the ambitions of individuals with neurodiverse characteristics. Football serves as their arena of aspiration, epitomizing the motto: Citius, Altius, Fortius – faster, higher, stronger. United under Sahin's leadership, the "non-normal" strive for excellence."
