US Embassy Bghadad is hiring for below position Like and share for better reach 🏢 Hiring Agency: Embassy Baghdad 👥 Position Title: Telephone Switchboard Operator 📅 Open Period: 06/24/2024 - 06/30/2024 💰 Salary: USD $33,573 /Per Year ⏰ Work Schedule: Full-time - Full Time (40 number of hours per week) Hiring Path: Open to the public Duties The incumbent Operates Mission Iraq's telephone switchboard. Answers all internal and external incoming telephone calls promptly and politely, in a helpful manner, direct callers to the appropriate office or person without delay. Locations include Embassy Baghdad (BEC), Consulate Erbil, and Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center (BDSC). Workweek includes after hours, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Qualifications and Evaluations Requirements: EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of customer service experience is required. Education Requirements: Completion of Secondary School (12) years of study is required. Evaluations: Language: - English (Good working knowledge) Written/Spoken is required. (This May be Tested) - Arabic (Fluent) Written/Spoken, including ability to translate is required. (This May be Tested) Skills and Knowledge Knowledge of Basic use of Computer hardware, desk telephones, and cellular phones.
