One in 10 don’t have electricity. And 70% can’t access basic healthcare. These are fundamental #HumanRights that the vast majority of people are living without. As South Sudan, the world's youngest nation, marks its 13th Independence Day, it finds itself at a pivotal moment in its journey towards nation-building.
