Congratulations to Andrew Chavez for being named National Director of Sales Development 👏 Andrew joined our team a year ago as a Branch Manager and has proven to be an integral part of our growth over the past year. As National Director of Sales Development, Andrew will work closely with our leadership and all LOs including those outside of his Springfield branch!
In my new role as the National Director of Sales Development, I'll be partnering with branch managers to develop not only sales strategy initiatives, but also training programs to really help their loan officers grow. So what led me to this role is I've always had a passion for instructing and developing leaders. During my time in the military, I had the opportunity to develop special forces soldiers and federal contractors that have very elite level. After the military, I soon realized that I still enjoyed developing people. So I started developing people in a mortgage world. I opened my own broker shop and it gave me a lot of joy to be able to develop these new loan officers. So stepping into this new role, what I'm really looking to do is take the the years of experience that I have developing people on the military side. On the mortgage side and giving those tools and resources and maybe an outside view to the branch managers and loan originators that is really going to make them and us really the best mortgage company in America.
Andrew Chavez Congratulations and super excited to work together to support the development of our loan originators to best serve their customers and elevate their business to the highest level. Thank you for your commitment to our mission and helping us #GetBetterEveryDay

Co working spaces are evolving!
I’ve tried a lot of them but always found the same experience. Coffee and snacks are great but there was no collaboration, networking, or fun conversations.
People showed up but everyone just put on their headphones and sat quietly. I went from feeling isolated at home to feeling isolated in a public environment.
Vince Beese reaching out and explaining how Sales HQ is different struck a cord immediately.
“Imagine a Co Working space where people are learning, collaborating, and growing to be more productive, have better work results, and building your network with like minded individuals”
In my first month, I’ve met other account executives, CEO’s, and CRO’s from different start ups. I’ve learned new and better ways to serve clients and my career. I've built a daily routine to keep me focused throughout the day and eliminate the distractions (getting out of the house was BIG for this).
That feeling that you made the right choice that is validated daily is a powerful thing.

Yes we have free coffee and snacks here too!

P.S. This isn't just for sales people, it's for anyone that works remote that wants to get out the bad habits from working at home and be part of a community!
As a sales leader, there are three things always happening within your team that require you to ABR (always be recruiting). When you do this as a leader, there are some beneficial counterintuitive outcomes besides just having a bench...

The foundation of a pyramid needs to be strong, if it is solid, you can build as tall pyramid. In sales you need to master the daily rigor it takes to be successful, and once you master that, you will start to master the closing.
A successful team can't just have 1 strong performer and everyone else struggling. A leader needs to look at the team performance, and if the leader is sharing what works for them, then your pyramid has a small foundation that is weak to build from.
Let me know what you do to make your team perform to their best.

🚀 Embracing Value Selling: A Tale of Two Sales Journeys 🌟
Meet Arnie and Steni, two sales dynamos who embarked on their professional paths with distinct strategies. Arnie, a true trailblazer, embraced value selling from the start. His unwavering dedication led to consistent overachievement, doubling his salary with impressive incentives. Arnie's commitment to building meaningful client relationships based on value propelled him to leadership roles, inspiring the next generation of sales rockstars.
On the other hand, we have Steni, who chose the comfort of routine, often missing out on incentives and the variable salary component. Her reluctance to embrace the power of value-driven sales limited her growth potential, leaving her in a stagnant position after 25 years.
The lesson? Arnie's bold approach and commitment to value selling reshaped his trajectory, while Steni's hesitance held her back. Let their stories remind us that embracing innovation and value-driven strategies can lead to a rewarding and impactful professional journey. 🌐💼 #ValueSelling#SalesSuccess#professionalgrowthSHAJI MATHEW

“How does Tom clear 200% quarter after quarter? He’s always in the President’s club. HOW DO I DO THAT?”
It seems almost magical or at least mysterious what top sales performers do differently from others in the team.
Afterall, every member in the sales team is given the same tools, selling the same thing, usually to the same ICP/Persona.
Well, almost.
Regardless of the industry you/your team works in, what the top salespeople do differently can be crystallized into a few learnings.
