I hear about it daily: Top 1% performers drowning. Stuck at a company with no product-market fit, poor management, and no career path. Their potential completely capped. If you're a top performer, you'd make a great solopreneur. The practical experience you have would likely fetch 5x on the open market. And it doesn't have to be either/or. Start with a small side project. Use your salary and commission as capital to fund your new idea. Here are 2 ways to do it: https://lnkd.in/e58rapJc Pick one and get started today. ~~~ ✍️ Has this happened to you? ♻️ Reshare if this hits home.

Business Coach for the Artist in You | Freedom. Creative Self-Expression. Wealth. For high-performing executives. Turn your Inner Artist into a business, with my signature "MONETIZE ME METHOD"
In a small company or a global MNC, the top 1% of employees always feel undervalued. I was one of those employees. I constantly felt like I wasn't leveraged enough, or valued enough. Most of all, I just got tired of letting someone else's opinion dictate my worth in the talent market. Justin is so right about the open market willing to pay you 5x. I can testify to that as someone who has worked as a freelancer. Even if it's not 5x, it is far easier to make more money than your current salary, while working in an open market. I would have never found this out had I not started my side gig. The fear of no salary would have kept me stuck. I too, started by asking myself "Who can I help? and How?" At first, it was just resume reviews and story-telling for interviews. But as I served more people, it became so much deeper than that. Now I can help someone figure out their calling and their purpose. I can help them discover their creative genius. I can help them start a business. The experience of starting a side gig (a service business) and freelancing has completely changed - how I see myself, my talent, my skills, and especially my worth! :) Highly recommend.

This is the paradigm shift…. …and why the new Fud, Inc. app is the future of work. Daily, people join the app looking for the traditional “I apply and you hire me and I work for you” arrangement. What they don’t realize is they hold the key to personal productivity right in the palm of their hand… Rather than looking for someone to feed you each day for the work you do… learn to feed yourself. Start your own venture! The FUD app can connect you with the mentor to make it happen for you. All for about the price of a cup of coffee a month. The app is free, some of the knowledge is free, but the proprietary stuff costs you about the price of a coffee a month. It’s a brilliant side hustle economy and community… and you should be taking advantage of what Arthur Wang and Alex Negrete have put together. They’re fostering a helpful community of abundant mindset mentors who are ready to share their knowledge and expertise with those who get it… Things are changing.

6 years ago, I left a high six figures a month job with no backup plan. And it finally felt like I was out of the big rat race! So, I doubled down on what I loved and wanted to do all this time; stuff for which I seemingly had no time with a full time job -- I started creating a LOT of content on YouTube! It was the best decision I probably have ever made, NGL. But soon, I started noticing patterns: - I started comparing my follower growth with other creators - I started looking at the brands everyone else was working with - I become obsessed with growing faster than ever - And I even started setting a new lofty goal every other month The freedom that I was chasing...got lost in the mix somewhere. The rat race that I thought I had left behind...it came back. Maybe in a slightly new avatar, but it was back for sure! That's when it hit me. Leaving a job doesn't mean that the rat race is over. It's over only when I decide it's over. So if you ask me: You could be in a job, you could be a college student, you could be self-employed, or running a million-dollar startup -- at any stage of life, ONLY you have the power to truly quit the race. Stop caring about your colleague's salary. Stop worrying about the batch toppers' grades. Stop comparing your revenue numbers with other business owners. And boom. The race ends right there! 💥

Applied for 300 positions, got rejected by 299. But that's okay, because all it takes is ONE yes to change everything. ONE decision, ONE chance meeting, ONE opportunity can set your destiny in motion and connect you with your destiny helpers. Keep pushing, keep persevering, and keep believing that your ONE is out there. #nevergiveup #keepgoing #successmindset

One thing I live by everyday is treating each day as a special day when I wake up. Stepping into the new week with thoughts of finishing off Q4 of 2023 and with a lot of expectations. The economy is not making it easy especially for sales professionals but there is a ray of hope. keep moving even when you feel like quiting. #salesenablement
