Just being mesmerized by the neon sky tonight. Brb. 😜 Aside from being very well versed in luxury beauty products, I also have managed sales for fashion and jewelry. I’ve greatly grown my network in the beauty industry, however, if you also have any connections in fashion and jewelry, please hook a sister up. Although I’d really love my next role to be multi unit or regional, I’ve also opened up more to Store Manager and Boutique Director. Locations I’m open to: Minnesota, Las Vegas, Florida or remote. Who am I? Esthetician ✨ Beauty guru ✨ Educator ✨ Sales Manager ✨ Product Demonstrator ✨ Account Executive ✨ Multi Unit Leader ✨ Motivator ✨ Quite honestly, a Jill of all freaking trades. If you want a passionate, empathetic, goal driven, detail oriented leader who can manage over 100 associates and multi-unit, I'm your girl. #luxury #fashionindustry #beauty #jewelry #beautybrands #prestige #dior #chanel #prada #gucci #lvmh #louisvuitton #tiffanyandco #alexandani #opentowork #opentoconnect

#Dreamlinejobschool #Dreamline #newjob #vacancy #interview #jobforfreshers Preparing for a Counter Manager job requires a mix of professional skills, industry knowledge, and interpersonal abilities. Here are five essential points to help you get ready for the role: Product knowledge: As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and promoting specific products. Thorough knowledge of the products you'll be selling is crucial. Take the time to study the brand's offerings, their features, benefits, and how they compare to competitors. Understanding the target audience and customer preferences will also help you tailor your approach. Sales and customer service skills: Success in this role heavily relies on your ability to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. Focus on honing your sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, and practice ways to engage with customers effectively. Develop strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and concerns. Leadership and team management: As a Counter Manager, you'll be overseeing a team of beauty advisors or sales associates. Be prepared to learn about the brand's history, mission, and unique selling points. Develop marketing skills to promote the products through demonstrations, events, and collaborations. Social media proficiency can also be valuable for creating an online presence and engaging with customers beyond the physical store.

#blackhistorymonth on the Retail Shelves: This month we spotlight Black brand owners who are making waves in the beauty space. When I step into a beauty destination store I'm elated to see an abundance of products that were created for textured hair and melanin skin. The Nielsen NIQ tracked $8 billion in beauty sales for 2023 from the Black community which is expected to exceed this amount in 2024. Offering a wide range of products is great but also hiring as well as training people on textured hair is very important. Today I worked with multiple customers on product usage and product selections to purchase. One customer was informed incorrectly by a sales associate on how to use a product for her specific hair texture and needs. She was very frustrated to have been given the wrong information. I helped her through this process to select the products that were needed for her hair. She expressed her gratitude for the great customer service and knowledge I gave her. With my 10 yrs of work experience as a Beauty Account Manager with a Sales & Education background I understand the importance of product knowledge. Hiring individuals who are passionate, can speak directly to the brand products and usage is key to creating an amazing sales team that will increase revenue. Even when I'm not at work I get stopped by naturals, mothers, stylist etc on what products to use on my curly hair. As a curl specialist and bodycare enthusiasts I love the ability to share some of my favorite products and point people in the right direction. Some of my must haves for hair and bodycare are: TPH by Taraji Maesa Miss Jessie's Camille Rose Mielle PATTERN Beauty by BEACH HOUSE GROUP QVC accelerate360 Nude Sugar by Toni Braxton Mixed Chicks LLC Design Essentials My top Beauty Stores in NYC are. SEPHORA Ulta Beauty Target Sally Beauty Walmart Walgreens CVS Pharmacy Sincerely Sade, 🤎 I would love to connect with you and your brand today so please send me a message! 2024 is building new connections and growing career paths for the future. #beauty #beautyindustry #beautybusiness #haircare #curls #curlyhair #skincare #skincareroutine #beautywithoutlimits #accountmanager #manager #trendsetter #marketing #sales #consulting #salesconsultant #development #eventmanagement #eventmanagement

As many know (and have even seen live in action… I’m looking at you Ellie Schroeder), I’m always selling, and ALWAYS recruiting. I’ve also always believed that great sales talent can come from anywhere! Take myself for example… from commercial driving to sales! As Ellie may remember, I’ve even recruited from a retail store we went to. (One of the first times we hung out in person, actually 🥲) Well, it happened again today - I was in an Ulta, I came in for some foundation before my vacation, and a woman came over to help me. Over our conversation, while building rapport, she’s upselling me on other products, asking me what else I may need. GREAT salesmanship. She even managed to get me to buy some mascara from Estée Lauder! I told her she was doing a great job, and that I was a salesperson too! (Like recognizes like 😉) - told her she should come work where I work! Turns out she’s spent much of her career in international business (Did I just find our next all-star international Account Executive?? We’ve got an amazing team here) We exchanged info, but regardless of what happens, the fact remains: GREAT SALES TALENT CAN COME FROM ANYWHERE! It also goes to show… ALWAYS be upselling and asking GREAT discovery questions! #Sales #AccountExecutives #Grit #StayCurious
