If someone you know, work with/for, or love checks multiple boxes on this document: give us a call. We can obtain an order for hospice and have one of our wonderful nurses do an evaluation. This evaluation does not equal committing to hospice. I am also happy to talk with anyone in more detail about the hospice benefit. More than 50% of US citizens die without utilizing their hospice benefit that they already have paid into. Early referrals are key. Lets help patients get the care they are entitled to!
