Founded as The Registry for College and University Presidents more than 30 years ago, The Registry is now the premier provider of interim leadership in higher education. Two former university presidents, Tom Langevin and Allen Koenig, sought a way for college presidents to remain engaged in higher education in their retirement. They created a new model, a redefinition, of interim leadership. Their innovative business model and their connections throughout the industry quickly redefined what interim leadership could be; taking what was previously a largely transitional mode of leadership to a way to help institutions deploy highly experienced leaders as intentional, transformational interim administrators. The highly experienced outside interim became accepted as a new way of managing both transitions and change. If you need an interim, call The Registry. #theregistry #interimleadership #intentionalleadership #highereducation #OneZRG
Over 30 years ago, we redefined interim leadership in higher education, and built a strong reputation for effectively and efficiently matching interim leadership with a diverse range of educational institutions. Contact us today at 978-532-4090 to learn more.

It is so important for students to see themselves represented in influential leadership positions at school, showing them what's possible for their own lives and careers. However, while the number of school-aged Black and Latino children has increased significantly, Black and Latino men make up only 13% of school principals in the U.S. To help ensure students see themselves reflected in the educators and leaders around them, NFBLME: The National Fellowship for Black and Latino Male Educators is working to close this gap. Through its unique programming, the organization helps Black and Latino men become principals and leaders throughout the education sector. https://lnkd.in/eeH-Jmwg

In a dynamic era where higher education stands at a crossroads, Professor Brian Rosenberg, Senior Advisor at ALU, has unveiled a compelling narrative that delves into the complex ecosystem of higher education. His latest book, "Whatever it is, I'm against it," is a testament to his extensive experience and profound insights in the realm of academia. Drawing upon decades of wisdom, Prof. Rosenberg takes on the challenging task of unmasking deeply ingrained structures and practices that hinder the much-needed reform in higher education institutions. A big thumbs up to Prof. Rosenberg! Have you read this thought-provoking book yet? Share your insights with us. #HigherEducation #Reform #ReImagineEducation #Author #AmazonBooks
Anyone who knows me is aware that I do not habitually post on social media. But—I’ve just published a book that I hope will make an important contribution to discussions of higher education and that is meaningful to me as a reflection on the work I have done throughout my career. Warmest thanks to my colleagues at the African Leadership University, Macalester College, the Teagle Foundation, Lawrence University, and Allegheny College, who have over many years been a source of support and inspiration. https://lnkd.in/e9RJkDAR
