1wThis is 100% accurate. I have held many positions in my career. I have encountered the entire gamut of managers and managerial style. I learned more than I'd like to admit from the "bad" managers...mostly practices that I would never adopt, things I would never say and attitudes I would never embrace. The good managers made me a happy team member, the bad ones made me a better team leader.
