Hi I’ve been trying to contact someone on the Turo team for days. I have been lied to by multiple of your customer service representatives about my account being compensated for an inconvenience that no one, not even the verification department, could tell me why my account was restricted. I spoke with seven representatives over the phone and maybe 8 through chat. All said my account was notated and after the issue was resolved I would be given a credit. I book with your app every week to get back and forth to work. Spend over $250 a week for my account to be restricted for no reason. I had to miss work yesterday and in this economy that’s unacceptable. I couldn’t Lyftnor Uber to work because the money was already on my Turo account.I was lied to, lied on, hung up on, and given the run around for the representative that I’m on the phone with now to tell me that my account wasn’t notated, when I spoke with a supervisor Eric 1630398 and he told me it was high priority and notated. I was told to be expecting a call from your verification team which I never received. For a customer that’s loyal and abides by Turo policy at all times this is unfair and I would like answers. Worst company ever!!! They cancel my trip less than 24 hours before and didn’t refund the total of my trip! TRIP WAS CANCELLED BY HOST and they charged me for it. Customer service is not good.

Well deserved! Turo must be the best company I have ever dealt with. I’m a host and I am super impressed with everything. The App is perfect. Customer support is beyond excellent. Payments are prompt and almost daily. Keep up the great work guys 👍
