Co working spaces are evolving! I’ve tried a lot of them but always found the same experience. Coffee and snacks are great but there was no collaboration, networking, or fun conversations. People showed up but everyone just put on their headphones and sat quietly. I went from feeling isolated at home to feeling isolated in a public environment. I can't recommend Digital Influence highly enough. We have only been with them for a couple of weeks and the results they have achieved for us are truly amazing, and instantaneous. To be fair...we are still in a learning phase with DI, where they are getting to understand our business and market. However, if these early results are anything to go by...then I can't wait to see what they can achieve for us in the future. Their results have been so good...I have increased our Ad spend by 50% to get even better results.

4 things all elite sales people do 🚀 1️⃣ They have all in commitment, there are no alternatives, there is no "greener grass" because they know the difference between "trying there best" & "doing what ever it takes" to make it happen. 2️⃣ They operate with intense urgency, but are never in a rush, they're not "hustling" or "scrambling" they are meticulously thinking about the highest value activities. 3️⃣ They take extreme ownership & responsibility, for their results and their actions. If they miss quota its their fault. If they hit quota its also their fault. 4️⃣ They elevate those around them, not only those in their immediate ecosystem (SDR,SE,VP). The team loved having you on Whitney Johnson Cowell! I started the idea of bringing an "Internal Guest Speaker" on at the beginning of the year to kick off our Monday meetings with the objectives: To spice up our Monday meetings: Increase Product knowledge and learn how each department operates Increase confidence in working internally across departments/offices Most importantly, the ability to internally network. I always think about increasing production by increasing efficiency. One of the best ways to increase efficiency is getting your team internally networked and engaged with the rest of the company. The guests we have had on include; Sales reps that have found success, the President of KCH, the head of our Air import/export team, and a colleague in our solutions departments. One of the things that I love most about KCH Transportation has been brought to light within this idea -> The willingness and the support of colleagues from different departments/offices wanting to collaborate. #creative #efficiency #leadership #management
