Your performance as an organization over the last 2 years has steadily grown and has exceeded company performance & industry expectations. Make no mistake though, the brilliance in these results is not reflective of employees following orders, and doing what they are told to do by the 'powers that be'. Rather, this is about ROI... Return on Involvement! By involving the organization in the strategic work of culture, the ROI is a universally demonstrated accountability to achieve (through empowerment) an aspired culture that thrives, even with ups and downs. Not easy... As simple as this sounds, it requires vision, fortitude and modeling of the leadership behavior commmited to by the senior team, which then makes it safe for the teams that are responsible for achieving results to do the same. The sound of water moving, the scent of moving water over coarse rocks, or even the wind from crashing waves offer a wonderful outdoor experience for seniors. A nice boat ride across a calm pond or lake provides your senior with exceptional outdoor time. Even if your senior has complications with movement, visiting a local park where children are actively playing can be a major lift to their spirits.
