By involving the organization in the strategic work of culture, the ROI is a universally demonstrated accountability to achieve (through empowerment) an aspired culture that thrives, even with ups and downs.
Not easy... As simple as this sounds, it requires vision, fortitude and modeling of the leadership behavior commmited to by the senior team, which then makes it safe for the teams that are responsible for achieving results to do the same.
