However, this is not achievable without a technological mobile solution. Therefore, our security escort is equipped with the mobile Truck.Watch app. The security guards have immediate access to all address details, truck and driver information, route, specific instructions and any potential scheduled stops along the way. Additionally, they are in direct contact and visible via GPS to the 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. Naturally, all data is sent encrypted. Every action, such as arrival at the loading address, departure from a waypoint or arrival at the unloading address, will automatically be recorded directly in the mobile app and immediately communicated to the client. This keeps the client informed in real-time about all actions, stops, and special circumstances. Another significant advantage is that the security escort driver can also view the position, speed, trailer door status, etc., of the escorted truck and trailer on their mobile app. This also eliminates tailgating of the truck, allowing the security escort to maintain a safer distance.
