September, Hiring and the final quarter... 🏆 September was a record month for Connect Life Science (aren't they all when you start out?) but also me personally in my recruitment career. 📈 Strong interest from new clients, a decision to continue, start or restart key projects and expansions into several new territories for customers combined to make it a busy and rewarding month. ⌛ One thing I haven't found enough time for is identifying the first 1-2 key hires that want to grow their careers and be key pillars in a business that is growing through what I'm hearing are economically challenging times. 🤔 If you're open to learning more, want a bit of info to review, or want to hear how this might fast-track your career, earnings, ownership and other things - drop me a message! 💪 With the final quarter well underway there's lots still to do.
