Did you know that if you pay the USPTO $41,500 to file a petition for Inter Partes Review they will revoke a previously issued patent? Then you can use the invention without a license. It's a great strategy for big companies without new ideas of their own. This program was the cornerstone of the 2011 America Invents Act, the hijacking of the U.S. patent system by big tech (with big law and big pharma).
