The time is ripe for a contender to avocado toast to emerge. That's why I'm betting on Devil Toast to land on menus across day parts, breakfast, brunch, lunch, and happy hour
What is Devil Toast?
Devil toast is toasted bread topped liberally with a creamy or textured base of deviled egg spread and a wide array of exciting, flavorful, healthy, global additions.
Egg salad is high in #protein and already a #comfortfood darling.

Devil toast can be topped and paired with several other trending ingredients to create #nextlevel trendy toasts.
Eggs as an ingredient provides #value to both the consumer and the operator where a consistent and inexpensive supply of eggs is usually available and their proper preparation can fetch a premium and provide perceived value at the same time.
The vibrant yellow spread can be topped with a rainbow of vibrantly colored veggie garnishes; pink pickled onions, red radish, crispy greens and even #avocado that will resonate on social media.
Every engaging build of avocado toast can be emulated and enhanced as a Devil Toast offering. Operators can innovate with Devil Toast by topping it with currently trending ingredients; smoked or candied bacon, ranch seasoning, everything seasoning, furikake, watermelon radishes and more.
