Calling on NICU Nurses who want to add their voice to product designs for their patients:
Hi Friends!
As a part of our passion for bringing nursing voices into the development of products and services in health care – and empowering nurses in the process –Mike Lin and I are continuing to build a “Nurse Feedback Panel”
For this most recent one, 1) we are looking for practicing NICU nurses or NICU educators/managers who could provide us with a few hours. You will be compensated for their time. 2) Along with this, you may be invited to become part of a nurse collaborative, in which we will help develop HCD skills for their own personal use... at no cost. Its our contribution and our joy to give back.
**For this test, we are working with a medical device start-up focusing on an innovative idea around monitoring.
We’d compensate you $150 for your time, which would include:
- A 30min prep session for the nurses on the panel to meet do a quick crash course on giving great product feedback.
- A 1-hour feedback session (in June) with the start-up founder to provide feedback on their product and have a group discussion together. Mike and I would guide this, all you’d need to do is bring your experience and your opinions.
(Both would happen via Zoom)
