Beware of having any association with Trinity Estates. They have shown a scary level of incompetence as managing agent at the housing estate on which I live. The estate is served by a foul pumping station with 2 pumps in the chamber, unbeknown to the residents one of these pumps has been out of action since at least mid 2021 which Trinity either failed to recognise or chose to ignore. This led to a real problem in the autumn of 2022 when the 2nd pump went down, it took Trinity 7 days to arrange for attendance to the pump by which time foul effluent was overflowing across the estate footways. The pumping was belatedly done at exorbitant emergency call out rates. Trinity continue to insist that the residents are liable for the costs incurred rather than acknowledging that their negligence and incompetence is the root cause.
