By highlighting potential trade-offs, it helps to firm to coordinate their operations. I desgined "Patao"business model canvas sample after going through lots of background research. "Patao " is a mainly a dynamic platform that provises on-demand transportation, food delivery and payment sevices from 2018. How would their food service be and what they can include or what its look like - i desgined a sample of it by using business model canvas.
