Let Me Tell You a Story
2moAs I understand it, in some cities topping is illegal, but not in L.A. Would you please lobby businesses (I could name names) to stop the practice here? I've tried to intercept the so-called arborists my landlord hires to no avail. And the landlord insists his insurance company requires him to do it, though he won't show me the policy. It's appalling what they do to our modicum of shade, every single year.
