Turning our attention to the 'traveller of the future', HBX Group Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Anna Grigoryan used different personas to highlight how diverse traveller profiles book and experience travel differently.    She shared the differences in types of trips travellers seek, and how this contributes to unique booking journeys for each one, leaving us with a key message:    All we want is the experience.    There is a need for all players in the travel industry to work together to provide a seamless journey for all travellers. It is important for us to consider the entire family when it comes to how they make travel decisions, and not just the breadwinners of households. #HBXGroup #MHub2024
