However, my data science exploration unraveled a different tale. 📊 Insights Uncovered in Data Science Class: While undergoing the Basic Data Science course on Dicoding, I delved into data showcasing that not all Bali destinations hold the same visitor appeal. Shockingly, some had ratings below the average. 🔍 SMART Questions Explored: 1. Specific: Identified destinations below average rating. 2. Measurable: Discovered exact ratings of underperforming spots. 3. Action-oriented: Identified the action steps that the local area needs to take to improve the rating of the destination. 4. Relevant: Unveiled correlations between ratings and visitor feedback. 5. Time-bound: Explored immediate steps to boost ratings. 🗺️ Charting the Course: Navigating through the uncharted territories of underwhelming ratings, we pinpointed destinations struggling to meet expectations. 📉 Analysis of Underachievers: I highlighted destinations with the lowest ratings, unraveling the threads of discontent. 🌟 Excited to share my journey as one of the #SiGIGIH participants on Generasi GIGIH 3.0 with GoTo Impact Foundation (Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa)! 🎓✨ Being selected for the Data Analyst Track in this program has been an incredible opportunity to prepare myself as a future tech talent. Before diving into the main classes, I had the privilege of participating in an enlightening learning preparation session. The insights gained during this session have completely transformed my approach to learning in this program. Throughout the preparation class, led by the amazing Kak Eunika Rukmi, I deep dive into various aspects of self-directed learning (SDL). Discovering the power of SDL has been a game-changer for me. It has taught me to proactively set my learning goals, actively engage in the learning process, and consistently evaluate my progress. Realizing the potential for growth, I have come to acknowledge that my learning methods were not optimal and needed improvement. But now have a clearer focus on my learning goals and a more effective learning strategy. However, the journey doesn't end there. As a #SiGIGIH participant, I understand the importance of not only developing technical skills but also nurturing my soft skills and expanding my network. Connecting with mentors, facilitators, speakers, and fellow alumni has become a valuable part of my learning experience. Delighted to share my latest Virtual Internship project at RevoU x Telkom Indonesia and Chapter Data Science & AI Telkom Indonesia :"SALES PERFORMANCE DASHBOARD" for TELKOM's B2B Marketplace. This was a deep dive into the core elements driving sales performance in the business-to-business landscape, utilizing the power of Tableau to create a comprehensive dashboard. 📊 🔍 The objective : harness data-driven insights to unlock "TELKOM B2B Marketplace" full sales potential and guide strategic decisions with precision. This dashboard provides a detailed overview across key categories like Product, Sales Overview, Customer, Shipping, and Region Overview, each offering a unique perspective on the dynamics at play. 🔥 Navigating through the data, I discovered valuable insights that can transform the way TELKOM B2B Marketplace operates. The "jasa percetakan & media" category emerged as a powerhouse, accounting for a substantial portion of annual revenue. Middle-tier sellers, particularly from Jakarta, lead the sales charts, and customers overwhelmingly favor free shipping options, making them a crucial component of the shipping strategy. 🚀 But the revelations didn't stop there. I also explored customer behavior, finding that a majority come from Jakarta, with a notable preference for Self Courier (kurir pribadi). This underscores the importance of understanding customer preferences to tailor marketing and promotional strategies effectively. 📦✉️ Based on my analysis, I made several key recommendations to boost sales and drive TELKOM B2B Marketplace growth: Customer Segmentation: Develop targeted marketing strategies to boost sales and transactions. Shipping Promotions: Encourage the use of free shipping with various agencies, ensuring customers can choose their preferred method. Promotional Offers: Attract new customers to increase sales transactions and drive revenue. Product-Focused Campaigns: Create promotional campaigns targeting specific product categories, such as the top 10 most ordered products, to boost sales. 💡 As I unveil this exciting project, I invite you to explore the comprehensive portfolio, where I share detailed insights, recommendations, and strategies that can reshape TELKOM's approach to B2B sales. Hi everyone. I've just wrapped up my last project: the development of B2B E-Commerce Sales Dashboard as part of Virtual Internship RevoU x Telkom Indonesia program. One of the highlights of this journey was being selected to presenting the dashboard to the expert from Telkom. It was a challenging yet fulfilling process, especially in determining relevant metrics aligned with user needs and designing visualizations that are both intuitive and quickly understandable. Throughout the project, I focused on key metrics such as transaction volume, total GMV, revenue yield, and more, ensuring that the dashboard provides actionable insights for decision-makers. I'm grateful for the invaluable feedback and support from my mentors Zakiya Azizah Cahyaningtyas & Tasya A. and expert Katon Hernanda, which contributed to refining my project further. One key learning from this experience was the importance of granularity and customizable features in performance analysis. Beyond just date filters, the ability to adjust granularity proved to be a crucial feature in providing users with more detailed and specific insights. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this project and for the invaluable support and mentorship I've received along the way. 🚀 I’m thrilled to unveil our latest and last Virtual Internship project at RevoU x Telkom Indonesia and Chapter Data Science & AI Telkom Indonesia : CUSTOMER RETENTION ANALYSIS for the B2B Marketplace Telkom! 🌟 In our relentless mission to reduce churn and supercharge retention, we dived deep into customer behavior, purchase history, and preferences, uncovering groundbreaking insights and trends that are set to transform the landscape. 🚀📊 Our key findings revealed a stable Average Revenue per User (ARPU) and a fantastic upward trend in Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), peaking impressively in December! Despite a slight dip in May, both revenue and buyer numbers skyrocketed in December. By leveraging RFM metrics, we identified three pivotal customer segments: Active-Bulk Buyer (high, frequent buyers), High-Value Buyer (recent, engaged buyers), and Low-Spender Buyer (previously frequent buyers now disengaged). 🌟 To turbocharge retention, we are enhancing the user experience, rolling out robust loyalty programs, and continuously monitoring performance. Exclusive loyalty perks for "Active-Bulk Buyer", Exclusive VIP Programs for "High-Value Buyer", and targeted reactivation campaigns for "Low-Spender Buyer" are just the beginning. 🌟 Excited to share the success of our latest Virtual Internship Group Project with RevoU and Telkom Indonesia! A big shoutout to team members Abdul Haris, Sandy Septi, and Wirdatul Candra for this fantastic collaboration. 🚀 In this project, we tackled significant challenges faced by B2B Telkom E-commerce, specifically customer retention and churn rates. Our analysis focused on key metrics such as retention rate, AOFR, AOV, ARPU, and CLTV to assess business strategies for both sellers and buyers. 📊 We leveraged SQL for data importation, GSheets for retention cohort analysis, and Tableau for comprehensive data visualization. Our findings revealed a concerning trend: a declining retention rate among new users, peaking in January and deteriorating by November. We delved into various metrics like CLTV, AOFR, ARPU, and AOV to uncover deeper insights. 🔍 Based on our analysis, we recommend several strategies: 1. For Customers: Enhance satisfaction through personalized offers and responsive customer service. 2. For Sellers: Optimize upselling and cross-selling techniques.
