Let’s talk about… #charity We at RS Bodytech Ltd value our customers - our USP is “Customer first” the following story will show this… We had a client call in to us and told us they had an accident. The cleint was a senior citizen. They where pretty shaken up by the ordeal, but most importantly they where not hurt physically. The client was more worried about their vehicle then anything else! Our client was being helped by a charity organisation due to personal circumstances, they told us a little about themselves and how they where struggling. The accident that they had been involved in was due to their fault. They went through insurance obviously but had quite a high exces which really stressed them out, they where going to get the charity to sort the excess out for them. I made a decision once hearing of the clients ordeal and situation to waver the excess; I advised the charity to use it for a good cause! We as a company love to help out where we can! Everyone was happy especially #rsbodytech! Britain has been in a #recession for the last 2 months as reported via many news outlets. Every individual has their own personal circumstances but most people day to day that I have interacted with are struggling to make ends meet, most people are living to survive but not to enjoy - as an individual I will do as much as I can in the position I am to help as many people as possible. Our next success story is a non-profit providing vehicle and motorcycle education services we brought on earlier this year. When we reviewed their program, we uncovered that they had a Human Services Professional Liability which intends to cover things like guidance counseling. This insured isn't exactly a human service non-profit and a Educator's Legal Liability is better suited for their services. Not only were we able to successfully swap these coverages, we were able to save them around $2,000 annually by doing so. On top of that, we were able to broaden their commercial auto to Symbol 1 Any Auto, add several locations/vehicles/motorcycles that were previously overlooked, and eliminated unnecessary coverages. We were able to accomplish this all with their same carrier--they had the right insurance company, but not necessarily the right broker.
