The flip side of a terrible hiring process is an incredible one! Recently we had a client company that needed 2 leaders for the same community. Their normal recruitment methods just weren't working for these searches. So they called in the recruiting calvary 😉. After our intake call, we got to work. Within 10 days we had recruited a pair of solid candidates. They did not mess around! 3 interviews happened for each position within 6 days and offers followed for both candidates within 24 hours of the final interview. When there is urgency, there tends to be a successful hiring process. When there is a focus on that process, great candidates are hired! #seniorliving #assistedliving #hiring
