You should hire students fresh out of undergrad or graduate school. In my previous position I would interact with thousands of #GenZ and #Zillennial folks each semester. It’s fascinating how passionate this next generation of people are. I often would discuss at length with students and their parents about plans after school. Reasons to hire employees right out of college: Malleable 🔨 Perspective 👀 Motivation 🔥 New blood in your company provides a modern perspective. This next generation of workers has motivation to become movers & shakers of the world. They aren’t set in their ways and can be shaped into the roles your company needs.
