This remarkable event organized by the Madurai Agribusiness Incubation Forum (NABARD MABIF) in collaboration with esteemed partners: Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME & Startups Forum - Bharat), Government of India, NABARD - National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU). Our team had the privilege to present our innovative agro machines at the event, using our stall to showcase innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture. Visitors had the opportunity to view these cutting-edge technologies up close, and leading to engaging discussions. Ayekart recently participated in the national-level conference 'Transforming Agriculture and Dairy: India's Climate-Smart Solutions,' organized by BAIF in Udaipur on March 21, 2024. The event was inaugurated by the honourable Minister of Tribal Area Development, Government of Rajasthan, Shri Babulal Kharadi, who himself hails from a farming background. This conference served as a significant platform for deliberating on the impacts of climate change on the agriculture and dairy sectors. It fostered discussions on innovative, climate-resilient strategies and sustainable investment opportunities. Over 30 speakers and 50 experts, including representatives from esteemed organizations such as ICAR, the International Finance Corporation, and FICCI, participated, providing invaluable insights. Mr. Rajesh Jain, President - Partnerships and Programs at Ayekart, expertly moderated a session focusing on the role of institutions in promoting climate-smart practices. The discussion also centred on how technology can effectively disseminate knowledge from the laboratory to the field. Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur (CSAUAT), and Nuziveedu Seeds Limited (NSL) have formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to embark on a collaborative journey towards the joint development of plant varieties and hybrids. The agreement was signed on 23rd April 2024 by representatives of both organizations at CSAUAT's headquarters in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. CSAUAT, a renowned research and educational institution established by an act of the state legislature, has been at the forefront of agricultural research, development, and extension activities since its inception in 1958. The theme of Konclave was: "Feeding the Future: Innovations and Trends in Indian Agriculture and Food Sector". We had 2 Panel discussions where, Panel 1: Focused on- "Future trends and Transformative innovations in Agri-Input Sector". The Key points discussed were about digitization, precision farming, different government initiatives, Role of regulators and policymakers, advisory, digital visualisation, drones, Chemigation, ecommerce, biotechnology, GM crops, different challenges faced and how Integrators help in the process. Vinayak Raman Sharma, PhD sir was the moderator and other panelists were Mr. Sanjay Bisht, Dr. Pradeep K. Kulkarni, Mr. GVS Naidu, Mr. Shishir Saxena, Mr. Durgesh Chandra Panel 2: Focused on- "Technology intervention in Supply Chain Management within Agri and Food Sector". The key points of discussion were based on supply chain management of various industries like dairy, seafood etc. They emphasized traceability, quality based pricing, uninterrupted cold chain, perishabilility factor and how adaptability and education of this system is important at farmers level. Temperature and time are two of the important factors during the supply chain processes. The panel enlightened us about the growth of e-NAM to tackle the problems of increasing population and intermediation. we had Anilkumar SG sir as the moderator.
