🚀Unlocking Success in Energy Network Innovation 🚀   🔍The Ofgem Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF) is on a mission to propel the future of gas and electricity networks while speeding up the UK's transition to net zero, all while benefiting consumers.   🎯 As #OfgemSIF supports new and exciting innovation, we want to uncover key factors that lead to successful commercialization and deployment. In collaboration with Regen, we're excited to announce the development of an Energy Network Innovation Playbook that will support projects throughout their journey. To unlock the Playbooks's full potential, we have assembled a Steering Group of experienced practitioners across energy networks, academia, innovation commercialisation and regulation.    📖Our first step involves gathering knowledge and evidence. We want to learn from past network innovation projects, identifying what worked and what didn’t. We're eager to engage with key stakeholder groups over the next few weeks to hear about their unique experiences. What was their approach? What worked exceptionally well for them, and what hurdles to commercial deployment did they encounter? Please submit all thoughts via the email address provided below.
