At Bootstrapps, we're already seeing how AI agents like Sheena are transforming customer support by handling routine tasks, allowing teams to focus on deeper, more meaningful interactions with clients. The future of limitless digital workforces working alongside humans is here, and it's incredible to see.

We're entering the third wave of AI: autonomous agents. Agents will soon be as commonplace as apps and web pages are today, allowing every company to augment its team with a limitless digital workforce. Agents will require us to shift from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset. Instead of lead scoring and only calling the highest scoring prospects, digital SDRs will engage every lead. Instead of service reps ending every support call quickly in order to move onto the next, they'll offload rote requests to digital service agents, allowing support team members to spend more time deepening customer relationships.
