Whats the most important decision you make each day? I know what mine is. You're going to think it's a bit flippant, but it really governs my mood. It's a multiple choice... 🥣 Soup ❓ 🥗 Salad ❓ 🥪 Sandwich❓ Lunch it the most important meal of the day for me. It'll be something I look forward too in the morning, and something that makes me feel great in the afternoon. This week has been all about home made Leek and Potato soup. We had leeks left over from our Christmas veg box, so it just made sense. You can blend it, and ad cream, but I like to leave it chunky and grate on a f*ck ton of cheese, with a large dash of Tabasco (the habanero one). Hot Sauce is important! I am not a fan of grape flavored products, however, when I tasted ZOA Frosted Grape I was immediately hooked. 5. What is your biggest Big Dwayne Energy moment?  One of my biggest BDE moments would be working with our Molson Coors team to secure and execute a program in our biggest retailer in the Pacific Northwest including over 130 accounts and 1000 cold facings. ROLE SUMMARY: The Beyond Beer Commercial Manager is the local market owner of field execution as the key connector of our Beyond Beer field programs to our wholesaler partners. This position will report to the Senior Commercial Director and will oversee Beyond Beer execution at the local level. The Commercial Manager will work directly with wholesale partners for market specific objectives including increasing sales execution within accounts through our field sales programs and driving trial with our consumers. In addition, this position will be accountable for managing an assigned geographic region through the effective planning, organizing, directing and execution of sales and marketing plans through the company distributor network and field initiatives. They should spend 3-4 days in the market per week with their respective teams/wholesalers driving our key initiatives with 1 planning day in a home office.
