Every human is limitless in their unique way. Their capacity to dream and set goals knows no bounds. And honestly, age is just a number, nothing more. We can observe this simple truth in the examples of: - Colonel Harland Sanders, who started franchising Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) at 65. - Sam Walton, who opened the first Walmart at 44, revolutionizing retail. - Arianna Huffington, who launched The Huffington Post at 54, becoming a media pioneer. And the list goes on… Inspirational, indeed! For these dreamers and go-getters, every year is another chapter, another chance: → To set lofty goals. → To pursue new dreams. → To redefine success. P.S. What’s your next dream? Share it below.

As a life-long resident of Michigan, I have to say there is something to Dan Campbell. It cannot be ignored, believe me, I tried. I am a Tampa Bay Bucs fan myself. However, Dan has a massive amount of passion for turning what was truly a joke of a team (I am being brutally honest) into something that we (as Michigan Residents) can truly be proud of! The sheer grit, passion, and intensity that he and Brad Holmes have is undeniable. Their dedication to this team is without question remarkable. Putting a team together takes a lot of thought, conversation, and the ability to look ahead. How might this individual be right for the team? Does this individual fit our culture? Will they bring positivity to the team? How will things look after the first year, or even two? These are all important and extremely relevant to our professional lives - even outside of sports. Kudos to Dan and Brad for what they have done. Regardless of if you are a Lions fan or not, their passion, and unwavering commitment to improve is contagious! #passion #professionalgrowth #professionaldevelopment #teambuilding #successjourney #mindsetmatters #teamdevelopment

I was still asleep early on Easter Sunday 1999 when my cell phone jolted me awake. It was my boss, the CEO of Saab Worldwide, calling from Sweden, and he wasn’t calling to wish me a pleasant holiday! He was so angry with our sales numbers that he wanted me to fly to Sweden that very evening for a “discussion.” That meant a red-eye flight with a meeting on Monday at 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time—not exactly what I had been picturing for my Easter day. Some back story…in the first quarter of 1999 product shortages and shipping issues dented our sales, and we missed our numbers by 20 percent. I knew the problem was an anomaly and not representative of the positive direction our North American operation was moving. As the most senior executive on the continent, I didn’t have to worry about an angry boss storming into my office and demanding to know why I hadn’t met my numbers. Instead, he summoned me to his continent. When I arrived in Sweden, I felt like a naughty schoolboy being called to the principal’s office. They expected me to take my punishment on the very public stage of our global corporate headquarters. In front of my counterparts from around the world, as well as top management in Sweden, our CFO trashed my single quarter of missed sales targets. In the years since that public flagellation, the particulars of what was said and why—as well as my feelings of defensiveness and anger—have melted away. Yet there is one unforgettable aspect of that experience that changed my leadership style for good: from that moment forward, I determined never to publicly admonish people in a way that would diminish their dignity. Have you ever had an experience like this? How has it changed the way you lead today?

This is what true leadership looks like. As leaders we should all be this fired up everyday to come in and make an impact on our teams. If you care this much about your team, you will be amazed by what they can accomplish.

I love listening to Dan Campbell, every time I find another clip on the net somewhere - there is always some small gold nugget of truth, of wisdom, and passion in it. The problem in business today, is there are oh so few leaders who will put it all out there, put everything on the line, and risk it all. Not being reckless - but taking calculated risk outside of our comfort zones! My observation over many decades - there are too many employees, too many managers, and too many executives who just want to play the game and survive to the next 'game'. Just hang on to the job, hang on to the title, hang on to the office and the perks. Always jockeying for position or planning the next moves to the next promotion - instead of working to create legendary legacies for their colleagues, their companies, their clients and customers. May we model the spirit and ethic of Dan Campbell, and regardless of our position or station in life - may we play like LIONS! #leadership

The best leaders lead with love. They are kind and care for their teams, and will always look to put them in the best situations to succeed. They don't lead through fear, and they certainly don't take a "my way or the highway" approach. They will listen, and share why what they are doing is best for the team’s growth – even if it is a tough or unpopular decision. The way Dan Campbell speaks to his team here, you can tell that he is a coach who LOVES his team. It should be no surprise that he's gotten his team to buy into what he's building. #leadership #love #trust

How does this passionate speech matter in terms of what we do every day at PRI Global... We work tirelessly every single day to prepare our staff so we meet the needs of every single one of our clients. It's an absolute necessity to set a foundation and an expectation. There's a great quote, "Luck Is What Happens When Preparation Meets Opportunity". PRI Global is where the foundation of excellence EXCEEDS expectations. What resonates for me with Dan Campbell is his thought process. If you work in talent or the talent solutions space, you have to love it. You have to wake up thinking about how you can be better, this second, this minute, this hour, this day for your teammates and your clients alike. We live this every single day at PRI GLOBAL. And as a former professional athlete that obsessive mindset is the type of partner you get with me. Have a great rest of the week LinkedIn #PRIProud #PRIGLOBAL #nflplayoffs #talentsolutions #workforcesolutions #TaaS #channelpartners
