Change Consumer Shopping Habits The presence of more advanced technology has changed many things, including people's lifestyles and shopping habits. So, how do B2B businesses respond to changing consumer habits when shopping? especially for TT (traditional market) consumers, it is very difficult to change their buying habits, which were previously through sales or agents and are now changing through applications (online orders). The thing to remember is that companies have to make changes with highly advanced technological conditions from year to year. To address this, we need a special approach to consumers with offers that make consumers want to try to start using the application (online orders). This includes a long-term business, where the development process may have to be gradual because changing consumers is not easy, but we have to do that to ensure companies and consumers can adapt to current and future conditions.
