I am a gardener. And each year, I plan, sow, plant, nurture, harvest, and cook my bounty. At the end of each year, I look back, at my plans, harvests, and saved food. I like to obsess, and record ALL MY harvests. Ounces, Pounds, etc. all of it. AND, compare to prior years. This video is a look back at my year in the garden, the harvests, and comparing to last year. I like to assess what worked, and what didn't.
