Husband and wife duo, Angela and Prince Floyd, purchased a lake front estate in Southern Maryland in 2020. In a three year period the cops have been called to their home nearly 90 times. On one occasion, an officer even drew a gun on Prince, in front of guests at a private birthday party. You gotta watch the video to hear this for yourself! So have you ever had any instances where the police have shown up and you know you've been having a a gun drawn on you? Yes, we had a friend of mine was having a event for his birthday party. It was and so. People here, Yeah, yes, yeah. It was witnesses. It was witnesses. It was my my friends was my friends. Yeah. We had a birthday party and our mentor, we allowed them to have a birthday party to her. People here, his back was turned and they warned him. Some of my some of my guys that, that, that, that, you know, I grew up with. Yeah. I just hit him Say, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I turn around. And it was two police, the 2nd police that was behind me. I'm nowhere near the other place. I'm just walking to tell him hey man why you before I had my. Actually is nothing you're not selling no alcohol. I said man, nobody sell no alcohol. What are you doing, man? Don't come in my yard, man. I see I have no trust, no, no trust pass on my property. So I'm having this conversation with him and I'm walking. I'm nowhere near nowhere near. I couldn't throw something in in him. And so I hear my guys in the background saying well, I turn around. The other police had drawn his gun. And later on I found out that our family attorneys when we told them that date that that happened, he looked up. Saw the police and he said you lucky he didn't shoot you, He said because that police that pulled that gun on you, he's known for shooting people. So again, the constant calling from the neighbors of. This is going on at this property, there's drugs, the propaganda behind it, all of these things that they're saying we've never received the ticket. A noise, Take it. We've never received a parking ticket. Nothing. None of our personal gatherings. We have Christmas birthday parties. 11 events over three years. That's normal for any family. You get together for Christmas, you have birthdays, you have, you know, we just had a granddaughter, special occasions. That's normal. That's not out of the ordinary. We're within the ordinance, but they are weaponizing the police to intimidate, harass, and they have friends within these entities because there's no way that we should have no parking signs. Only in front of our house. They, they think they got the deck stacked against us. They got it all planned out. Like, yeah, we got friends and we can, we can, you know what I mean? It's, it's just not, it's not fair. They, they have it set up. Where is it is it can't be fair because if it was fair, none of this would be going on. The only reason it's going on because they have friends in certain places where they can harass us. And that that we don't have, you know what I mean? And that's what they're using. So you said you're taking the steps, you're doing the thing so that you win. What does winning look like? Peace. You just wanna be at peace in your home. I wanna be able to. Have a backyard cookout with my family, you know, and not be fearful that the police is gonna show up. And, you know, because black people, we are afraid of the police because it's when they show up, something happens. Guns. Yeah, guns, you know? And so for me, I just want peace. That's it. Because this is a place of serenity, you know, you take a deep breath, you feel good. It's where we live. So for me. It's that nuisance form matter being dismissed. It's these no parking signs being removed so I'm not embarrassed. And feeling discriminated against or or like single signaled out. That would be a resolution for me.

Southern Maryland was not ready for the switch. They are still pushing against it. They are not aloe in this type of experience. I've live in Southern Maryland for almost 15yrs and the further south you go it is like being back in Florida!

This is partially why we didn’t buy on Eastern shore. The discrimination we went through even before we started building was horrendous. So sorry this is happening to them.

I Timothy 3:2 states the an elder of a church must be sober-minded and self-controlled. If this is a REQUIREMENT of our church elders, why are so many of our church leaders obese? We realize that there are medical issues causing many to deal with weight gain that is outside of their control, but the VAST majority of pastors who struggle with their weight are doing so due to lack of self-control regarding food. HATE DOESN’T SOLVE ANYONES PROBLEMS! Hate is a human emotion. We can’t control when it comes and goes but we can control what we do with it. @alanalindsay and her family have their eyes set on one thing and one thing only “what will bring our loved ones home”. They hit the streets, they organize and they speak to anyone that will listen. Violence, hate and terror took away so much from them. They know that no war will bring back those we’ve lost and no war will ensure the hostage’s safe return. 6 of @alanalindsay family were taken hostage and the previous temporary ceasefire brought back 5 of them.
