The vast and far-reaching bans on law-abiding owners that this federal government has implemented is simply 'not good and/or fast enough' for their government-funded, ideologically driven, special interest group. Unless the Trudeau Liberals, with their 'still supportive' NDP partners, broaden the bans and actually start physical confiscations, they risk losing their emotionally charged and fundamentally emphatic gun-grabber base. Remember, it is not the voting public pushing for firearms bans, it is a small ideological group spreading misinformation and disinformation, wrapped up in an emotional package, to mainstream media and politicos. No Respect for the Constitution! Harris is a woman (can I say that?) who has NO respect for our Constitutional rights! Take a look at these videos where she talks about just forcing her way into the homes of legal gun owners to see how they store weapons! Can you say unreasonable search and seizure? Harris goes on to say that she thinks forceful gun confiscation is a good idea, and if Congress doesn’t act in a potential Harris 100 days - she would use executive action to try to seize guns! She is absolutely nutty! The Second Amendment is a part of the Constitution. Marbury v. Madison (1803) stated, “Thus, the particular phraseology of the Constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written Constitutions, that a law repugnant to the Constitution is void, and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.” This 1803 decision by the SCOTUS would make any such Executive Order Null and Void! Harris must have skipped Constitutional law at law school. The people who are supporting this woman are condoning socialism, or an outright Communist takeover of the USA. You can count me as one who will never support this. As a military veteran, I swore an oath to protect the Constitution against all enemies. Foreign and Domestic. It seems, right now, the domestic enemies are outnumbering the foreign enemies. And before you ask … Yes, I know all about the unconstitutional “Fusion Centers” tracking American citizens like a homegrown KGB! One opinion.

Deny, deny....we know what you are up to...or should we say the masters..... nap time yet Joey....so on to it.... ..."It’s an open secret that the Biden administration disdains lawful civilian gun owners almost as much as it does the lawful gun industry. But in case there was any doubt, new gun export regulations published late last month by the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security make the administration’s position painfully clear: It doesn’t think ordinary civilians can be trusted with firearms. The interim final rule on gun exports, published April 30, significantly alters licensing policies for U.S. companies seeking to lawfully export guns and ammunition to civilian markets in other countries. And although it doesn’t necessarily affect American gun owners, it does show the Biden administration’s true colors on the natural right of self-defense—but projected into the international arena...." With successful challenges to lifetime bans on firearm possession in multiple federal courts, this question of who can be barred has come up on both sides of the discussion. Fortunately, the Bill of Rights already has the answer.

It’s a pleasure to work with brilliant people like our exceptional law and policy advisor, Tim Carey. His op-ed in USA TODAY shares a powerful call to action against dangerous rhetoric, emphasizing the urgency for decisive steps to safeguard public health and civil rights ahead of another general election. The Center’s recent Defending Democracy report lays out concrete recommendations to help protect our democratic processes: limiting public carry in political spaces, passing extreme risk protection orders, prohibiting paramilitary activity, repealing firearm preemption laws and denouncing political violence. Our democracy is resilient but we must work together to preserve it. It is emblematic of a devastating problem that increasingly rears its head in federal courts: rampant evasion of the democratic process. HUNTER BIDEN argues his Second Amendment Rights to gun purchase, ownership and possession in United States v. Robert Hunter Biden, Case No.: 1:23-cr-00061-MN (D. DE). Here is the Second Amendment motion filed as DE61 titled: "MR. BIDEN’S MOTION TO DISMISS THE INDICTMENT FOR FAILURE TO CHARGE A CONSTITUTIONALLY PERMISSIBLE OFFENSE" It reads well. No doubt, the government's response in opposition will read well too. This could be the case for government experts to weigh in on what is "consistent with this Nation’s historical tradition" of firearm regulation. This case is one to follow for breaking second amendment issues. Yep – this would actually help! “… increasing the penalty for stealing a gun or possessing a stolen firearm.” As a comparison, think about how we as a nation are fighting DUI. There are no calls for banning cars involved in DUIs or banning alcohol. However, there is strict enforcement of existing laws with very little latitude for violators. Before you look for new laws, you have to fully enforce the existing ones. Once that is done, lets take a look at the results and talk. Until then quit messing with the 2nd Amendment – it is important! This is a policy decision. Vote policies, not party ... or hate, or division, or conspiracy theories.
