The Alabama Aviation College, located in Ozark, helps train and produce graduates interested in an aviation career! “Out of 200 aviation schools in the country, we’re in the top 5 in student population,” said Alabama Aviation College Director Stanley Smith.

Southern Union State Community College's 8% increase in overall enrollment and 9% increase in credit hours production from 2023, has helped the college enroll more than 5,000 students - the highest enrollment in more than a decade!

Snead State Community College welcomed more than 300 people earlier this week to its new state-of-the-art Workforce and Career Institute to celebrate the training facility’s grand opening and the impact it will have on the lives of students who enter its doors. The 50,000-square-foot facility built on property between Albertville and Guntersville is more than just glass, chrome, and polished concrete. It stands as the foundation for a commitment made by Snead State Community College to positively change the direction of the community, the county, and the state. The facility will focus on offering needed skills training in Industrial Systems Technology, HVAC/R, Machine Tool Technology, and Welding Technology, as well as short-term non-credit workforce development opportunities. #makelifebetteral #workinalabama #workforcefacility
