I truly hope they do meet your expectations, but I heard nothing during their campaign, so it’s unclear to me what their stance on the environment is. Keep up the great work in making these issues more visible.

3wFar from being something that is just protected wildlife sites should become the jewels in the crown of a completely new approach to greening our towns and cities - if we have to build in the greenbelt it should be with 5-10 hectares of new green space for wildlife and people for every hectare built on, and extending our scarce nature rich remnants should be at the heart of the strategy. And if you can't afford it just dwell on this: awarding planning permission can increase the value of a hectare of land from £15,000 to £1 million - a bit of scope there for some creative financing.
