Fixing a problem by another problem...how cool is that

Well to cool the global on a scale required will not be effective at all. This is a cheap yet transparent attempt to use tax payer funds to use technology that will not work and make some corporate wealthy. This is a sad example of thief by ligtimate political means. Change the focus to poverty then the “global warming” issue would be addressed with intelligence. Here is THE question, show me the report that conclusively illustrates the proportion of humanities influences on global temperatures versus natural geological effects. This is another political / corporate scam created by the crisis industry!

Let's spray millions of tons of chemicals into the atmosphere. What could go wrong.

Sounds like the plot in that movie “Snowpearcer”set in a future where a failed climate-change experiment has killed all life on the planet except for the survivors who boarded a train that travels around the globe via a perpetual-motion engine.

We have only recently warmed from the coldest period in 10,000 years. Warm is good, cold is very bad. 1) We do not want to go back to “pre-industrial” temperatures, when growing seasons were 30% shorter and famine was the norm rather than the exception. 2) Man has adapted to a huge variation in temperature from northern Canada to the jungles on the equator and the deserts of Northern Africa. 3) The great majority of species evolved in the tropics including homo sapiens. 4) as the planet warms, most of the warming occurs in colder climates and at night, expanding areable land. Temps at the equator barely change at all. 5) Mammal physiology evolved 60 to 40 million years ago when temperatures were -10 degrees warmer 6) C3 plants evolved when CO2 was >1500 ppm and today the optimum CO2 for plant growth is -1200 ppm 7) throughout geologic history there has never been a steady state perfect climate and if anything we are in one of the coldest periods in earth’s history. 8)Most animals and plants adapt more readily to warmer temperatures than colder temperatures. I am a warming encourager because warm is good, cold is bad.

That's a big move. But environmentally speaking I don't think we've mastered the smaller (by comparison) systemic changes needed. Reduce Plastic Use Buy in Bulk Proper Disposal and Recycling Recycle Correctly Participate in Take-Back Programs Support & Participate in Clean-Up Efforts Raise Awareness: Educate others about the impact of plastic pollution and encourage them to take action. I still see people buying boatloads of 16-ounce water bottles (SUP) and complaining that stores aren't carrying plastic bags in anymore. Advocate for policies that reduce plastic production and improve waste management systems. Innovate: Use Biodegradable or compostable alternatives to traditional plastics. Support Eco-Friendly Businesses Community / Establish Plastic-Free Zones: Work with local governments and businesses to create areas where single-use plastics are banned. Personal Habits: Avoid Microplastics: Reduce the use of products that contain microplastics, such as certain cosmetics and cleaning products... and it goes on. Plastic is a climate issue and a health issue. Mastering the smaller steps informs the bigger strides that need to be taken.

Solve at the root so that damage is healed in a sustained way. Don't just bandage... This is like eating loads of sugar in the morning and taking insulin in the afternoon...

Have you ever breathed a salty (ionic) air? Not healthy for any species. Or did they evaluate what exactly atmospheric or ionospheric layer would be "best" to fill with the said reflective particles, yet? How would they carry particles (and tonns water) over to 20-22 km elevation? (Peanuts job... not polluting at all, uh?) And what cheap and not polluting construction material would be used for ionic-salts-erosion-corrosion resistant spray cannons?
