Hello Trademark Fans! The Rolling Stones.... I didn't see them at the reception... but, at SoFi Stadium. And their words hold true for trademarks as well... "You can't always get what you want". But in the case of IP they did ----and in the US they have several registrations (under their Netherland's corporate org: MUSIDOR B.V.). Interestingly Mick Jagger's name is the only member of the band that is registered. The famous lips and tongue filed 1976!... date of first use...April 30, 1971. Registration No. 1071347. Note: This was their 60th year playing in LA. So, perhaps, want and need to sometimes converge on IP--> and of course legendary music. And....Who knew AARP would find this brand so appealing to sponsor the tour ? But on brand when the tunes are being belted out by an octogenarian. So, yes, your brand changes as you do!
