One week of class left until a much needed break. This week's grad school thought journal - ironically - is from an article on HR practitioner's competence and the power of reflection. When I read this, I had these thought journal posts in mind. I guess I am doing something right?!?!?! "Reflection allows us to challenge our assumptions and beliefs and piece together the fragmented parts of our professional lives in increasingly meaningful ways that are more aligned with the theory and research of the profession.
