In 2008 the minimum wage in California was $8 per hour. In 2024 the minimum wage in California is now $16 per hour. In 2008 we sold a slow smoked pulled pork sandwich for less than $10. Our in store menu Cali BBQ today in 2024 lists the pulled pork sandwich at $15. Our delivery menu uses JUICER pricing to incrementally change the price between $12-$18. Change is inevitable.
