What does it take to convince you to apply for a position you think you’d never get, negotiate an executive package and get a better package than you asked for? Seemingly it takes doing a coaching qualification! Last night in supervision we celebrated with one of our learners who has secured an incredible new executive opportunity. They shared that it was the coaching qualification and the coaching received as part of this that has enabled them to develop the self assurance to apply, negotiate and prepare for this role with ease. Emotionally calm, confident and excited. It wasn’t a planned outcome of doing the qualification but not a bad bonus to deciding to coach!! The personal and professional benefits of training to be a coach are far reaching. Many of the benefits and ROI can’t be predicted but rest assured the results of training to be a coach will blow your mind!
