There are two types of insurance agents: 1) Those who believe in wide and deep relationships, share business and commissions with each other, who specialize, who have an abundance mindset. 2) Those who want all the business for themselves/their firm and believe they/their firm are always the best. They operate from a place of scarcity. Being the first kind of agent takes time to get off the ground, man. But once it's up and running, you will surpass the scarcity agents in every way. Play nice! Work as a team. And recognize there are more clients in this world than you'll ever be able to acquire by yourself. Cooperate. It leads to better results.
