Planning future supports for your young or adult family member with Fragile X syndrome is challenging. Our Future Planning series gives an opportunity to hear more and ask questions about a range of resources and strategies to consider. This week we're really delighted to have disability advocate Catherine Hogan join us in the first of a 2-part "live only" discussion on Circles of Support. Catherine is a regular presenter on future planning, and has established Circles of Support for two of her own family members. This week | An intro to some of the tools, mechanism and strategies which can be helpful when planning a good, meaningful life for a child or adult with disability, including the concept of setting up a Circle of Support.
