These APIs perform crucial tasks like fetching data from the server. Development of front-end: With the help of HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks and libraries, the developer must be able to build interactive user interfaces. Design the backend of the application: He must be able to build a robust backend architecture to fetch data from the servers This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week determined by leadership site, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50 percent or more of the time based on business needs.

The value of having an architect or principal-engineer level person looking at your application is highest **before you begin** and drops off quickly some time after you've ramped up your dev team and built the first few features. Companies right now looking to hire FULLTIME for these positions should have a large number of large, complex apps they are planning on launching in the next 12-24 months. Companies who have ONE app they want to make sure gets going on the right architecture, with the right technical decisions in place, would be better served in many cases by bringing on a Fractional Software Architect (google it) during the critical early months of the project. This maximizes the value of the skills they're getting with minimal long term commitment (and payroll impact). Can fulltime software architects earn their pay over the long haul? Of course! No doubt! But that doesn't change the fact that they are *most* critical to have in the early stages of new apps, and less so at other times. Even companies that have a bunch of software architects benefit sometimes from bringing in outside expertise because of the need to scale short-term or just to have fresh perspective. #softwaredevelopment #softwarearchitecture #CTO #CIO
