Today, coming in hot after a busy weekend! I'm taking a moment to celebrate the small wins – those little victories that often go unnoticed but deserve to be celebrated nonetheless. In a world that's constantly moving at lightning speed, it's easy to get caught up in the pursuit of big goals and forget to acknowledge the small victories or moments along the way. But here's the thing: those small wins? They add up. They're the building blocks of success, the milestones that mark our progress, and the moments that remind us why we do what we do. Whether it's landing a new client, mastering a new skill, or simply making it through a challenging day, every small win deserves recognition. It's about embracing the journey, finding joy in the process, and celebrating the moments that make our professional and personal lives meaningful. Take a moment to acknowledge your achievements, no matter how small, and celebrate the progress you've made. I'd love to hear about your small wins lately! Drop a comment below and share the joy. Remember, every step forward is worth celebrating!

Today is my 50th day of my 75 hard challenge. Here are three things I have learned that I can apply to my business and career: 1. Busy people get shit DONE! The more you have to do the more you value every moment in your day. 2. Freedom of commitment. Once my gf and I made a decision to complete this challenge without any back doors it made decision making process so much easier. We knew what we HAD to do everyday. 3. Don't get to high with the wins and don't get too low with the losses. Easier said than done but it's allowed me to stay consistent everyday. I'll be posting more about what I've learned as I go forward in this challenge!

Favorite team exercise to do at the beginning of the month: Create a list of all the wins (big and small) of the previous month. Before discussing any goals for August, appreciate your team for all the good things in July. Celebrating your achievements is a way to fast-track your success. This helps show your brain and your team you can accomplish great things. Here’s to a great start in August! 🚀

This is great advice.
The more we wish success for our doubters. The easier we find success for ourselves! Hate no one, and stay reflective on ourselves.

Financial Advisor: Entrepreneurs, executives, & sales leaders rely on me to show them how to help keep their business open, their families protected, and their money working harder than them. | Father | Man of Faith
Success deserves celebration. Taking the time to celebrate achievements, big or small, not only acknowledges hard work but also motivates and inspires continued effort and dedication. This is especially true if you're a leader of a company or a team. Recognizing the success of hitting a corporate revenue goal: ➡ Shows your team you notice them ➡ Elevates the sales, marketing, and ops teams who made it happen ➡ Shows the employees that you're paying attention to the details of their actions, not just numbers. ➡ It reinforces the value of the journey and the effort invested. ➡ Creates an environment where achievement is valued. What are you celebrating this month? — I'm John Cole. I work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and top-sales professionals to make sure their money works way harder than they ever do. Our pedigree is not our destiny. This is true for us as: 👉 Individuals 👉 Teams 👉 Organizations Pedigree: The history of an individual person (and their family) as well as an individual's team and organization. Put another way... your past does not define your future. ✅ This is true of past pains and failures. ✅ This is also just as true of past wins and successes.

I help tech professionals upgrade career success without burnout ✨ Certified Career Strategist 🚀 Certified Salesforce Consultant ☁️
Your work is what you do, not who you are. ✨ Instead of saying, “I am a coach or I am a Salesforce Consultant,” I get to say “I support my clients as a coach/consultant.” There’s a significant difference in the details. Being able to separate my identity as my work was one of the biggest challenges for me years ago, but so worth it to have my mental health and harmony as my priority now over my job, which allows me to show up even better these days. 💕 #mindset #success #boundaries #empowerment
Our professional successes and failures don’t define us. There’s so much more that makes us who we are. 💜
