Our borrower has a FICO score of 755. They intend to utilize the property as a short-term rental. Non-QM Solution: Deephaven Mortgage’s DSCR product allows for unlimited investor concentration. In addition, a front desk check-in and cleaning services are acceptable for short-term rentals. Borrowers can qualify without traditional analysis of their employment, personal income, or debt-to-income ratio. Their qualification is based on the debt service coverage ratio (DSCR).
