Attending the The CGT Circle first Pride Month 🌈 event last week, co-hosted with The Honeycomb Works, was an insightful experience focused on the importance of intentionally creating strong, inclusive cultures in biotech. 🔬 We focused on the importance of intentionally building strong, inclusive cultures in biotech. It was eye-opening to discuss how even biotech companies often neglect a scientific approach to organisational health. We tackled the challenges of keeping a positive environment as teams grow and the need for genuine support for marginalised communities beyond just superficial gestures. The event really drove home that fostering safe and innovative workplaces is a continuous effort that requires commitment from all team members throughout the year.
