Great to see the launch of the Net Zero Integrity report this week. Although many of Australia's leading companies (and highest emitters) are making progress in meeting net zero targets, there is more work to be done, including to ensure that transition plans are comprehensive, independently verified and scientifically-aligned. A number of recommendations are made in the report, including the need for regulatory guidance for science-aligned transition plans, uniform standards and increased transparency.
