There are many things I love about having a career in Corporate Communications and PR. People don't understand the constant conflict and emotions we need to deal with on a daily basis and still balance that with our own conflicts and personal life that deals with the same, and is expected of us just to remain calm and objective. I am going to be honest, I have to dismiss over 3 employees in one week and even though it is like for an example now just before the Christmas Festive season - so I dismiss at least 10 employees a month before Christmas - do you understand what it does do your mental wellbeing and it is expected that we do not show any emotion at all. I can write books about this topic.
