Millions of people have moved to Atlanta in the last 10 years for the economic growth it has seen which is awesome. This bill reminds me that while Atlanta is a thriving metro center of America, the reality it exists in remains quite back water socially and politically. Eyes wide open. The city and the state are stark contrasts of one another.
